Carter Camp Lodge, Bed & Breakfast, Store and Cafe was built in the 1850's. Located in Potter County at the intersection of Route 44 and 144, we are south of Germania about 3 miles, 8 miles from Cherry Springs and only 5 miles from Ole Bull State Park in Oleana. This area offers activities for all seasons such as Motorcycling, Bicycling, Hiking, Horseback Riding, ATV trails, Snowmobiling, Skiing at Denton Hill, and Black Forest Star Party for Stargazing, as well as Turkey, Bear & Deer Hunting on State Game Lands. Pine Creek and Kettle Creek are great spots for Bait & Fly Fishing. The PA Grand Canyon, Sinnemahoning State Park and the Susquehannock State Forest are near by. The 4th of July Fireworks in Galeton on scenic Route 6 is only 10 miles to the north. Festivals through out the year include Maple Festival, Cross Fork Snake Hunt, Red Suspender Weekend, Bark Peelers Convention, Archery Rendezvous, Woodsman Show, Bow Hunter Festival, Mt. Bike Endurance Race, Falling Leaves Festival, the Victorian Christmas in Coudersport and Dickens of a Christmas in Wellsboro.
